PROLE /ppRecruit an Industrial Controller with approximately 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing or construction environment, with strong expertise in cost control, operational performance analysis and business support for strategic decision-making in sector using percentage of completion. /ppbr / /ppPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /pp - Around 5 years of experience in industrial controlling - Experience in manufacturing environments (continuous and, mostly, project-based production) /pp - Strong background in industrial cost calculation and monitoring /pp - Experience with standard costing and variance analysis (materials, labour, overheads) /pp - Inventory valuation and margin analysis by product/production line /pp - Participation in monthly closing and management reporting /ppbr / /ppKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /pp - Preparation of monthly industrial reporting /pp - Monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, OEE, etc.) /pp - Budgeting and forecasting support /pp - CAPEX monitoring and follow-up /pp - Identification of cost optimization opportunities /pp - Close collaboration with Production, Logistics and Finance teams /ppbr / /ppACADEMIC BACKGROUND /ppDegree or master’s in management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar field. /ppbr / /ppTECHNICAL SKILLS /pp - Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial costing /pp - Solid financial analysis capabilities /pp - Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Primavera or similar) /pp - Advanced Excel (mandatory) /pp - Knowledge of BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau or similar) is a plus /ppbr / /ppSOFT SKILLS /pp - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills /pp - Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy /pp - Strong communication skills with operational teams /pp - Proactive and autonomous /pp - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines /ppbr / /ppLANGUAGES /pp - English – Intermediate to Advanced (mandatory) /ppbr / /p
