Responsibilities
* Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from scoping to delivery, defining objectives, scope, and risk assessment.
* Ensure project execution follows best practices in planning, budgeting, quality, and communication.
* Coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT, cybersecurity teams, external vendors, and service providers.
* Monitor deliverables and prepare regular reporting (Steering Committees, project portfolio, timelines, risks).
* Guarantee compliance with relevant security frameworks (MSR, Security Policy, DPSAT, DSIP, NIS2, GDPR, etc.).
* Manage project budgets and track financial performance.
* Lead and manage RFI and RFP processes related to cybersecurity solutions.
* Produce key documentation: project frameworks, project status reports, Steering Committee material, and run book/go live documentation.
Projects you will work on
* Deployment of a cybersecurity data protection solution
* Messaging security project
* Additional initiatives related to Zero Trust, Data Protection, Regulation, and Application Security strategies
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT security projects
* Strong background in cybersecurity governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
* Experience preparing and presenting materials for executive committees
* Strong organizational, analytical, and financial tracking capabilities
* Full professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus
