Job Purpose:
The FP&A Manager is responsible for supporting business finance teams and other functions, including brand leads, in management reporting, financial planning, and analysis. This role provides leadership for the FP&A Center of Excellence and drives its global transformation, working closely with regional finance business partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contact for regional finance and business leaders, fostering strong business partnerships.
- Innovate in business analytics to develop models that provide accurate insights and align data with business knowledge for added value.
- Provide ad-hoc FP&A support to regional and global finance and business leaders.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Regional Finance Heads to implement improvements and standardization initiatives within FP&A.
- Ensure collaboration between the Regional Accounting/Controllership Team and processes managed by regional GBS.
- Develop a deep understanding of ManpowerGroup's business model and industry to offer independent insights.
- Ensure management reporting is actionable, enabling a thorough understanding of financial and operational performance through KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added work and delegate repetitive tasks, leveraging automation.
- Optimize data and systems foundational to FP&A activities, improving deliverables through cross-functional efforts.
- Utilize financial expertise and business acumen to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with ManpowerGroup's financial policies and internal controls.
- Promote continuous process improvement and customer service excellence.
- Provide strong leadership and motivation within the FP&A CoE, embodying the DDI Strategy.
- Lead, develop, and coach team members to maximize performance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in decision support functions within medium or large international companies.
- Proven ability to provide critical financial insights to senior leadership and management teams.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams with a focus on customer service and results.
