Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
* Creation of service agreements in our system
* Activation, adjustments, and deactivation of agreements in our system
* Monthly invoicing to end customers
* Collaboration with internal systems to provide support internally and externally
* Processing support requests
* Closing cooperation with sales managers, accounting teams, and headquarters staff
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Vocational training in a commercial field
* Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Microsoft Office
* Minimum one year of experience in similar roles
* English language required; any additional foreign language is an advantage (especially German)
