We’re a growing luxury short-term rental and hospitality company based in Viana do Castelo, expanding our portfolio of high-end residential properties. We’re looking for a commercial, relationship-driven profile to source and close new luxury properties for management. This is a commission-first role, ideal for someone who wants direct upside from performance, with strong potential to evolve into a full-time position as results grow.
What you’ll do.
Identify and approach property owners aligned with our premium model
Build and manage a commercial pipeline
Negotiate and close management agreements
Act as key account manager for strategic owners
You:
Background in real estate or sales
Comfortable working with targets and variable income
Strong negotiation and relationship skills
Autonomous and results-oriented
