Job Description
As a (Senior) Consultant - IT Application Risk & Compliance your key responsibilities are:
1. Further develop and maintain a risk and internal control framework for IT applications (SAP S/4, SAP ERP, SAP BW etc.);
2. Conduct risk assessments of IT systems, services and processes to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans;
3. Further develop, optimize corrective action plans (including internal controls, tracking & reporting, automation) in collaboration with IT service owners & IT management;
4. Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance and governance policies, procedures, and standards in the area of IT Applications;
5. Coordinate and conduct regular assessments / internal controls of respective IT application services to ensure compliance with IT regulations, standards, and internal policies;
6. Collaborate with internal and external auditors as well as external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance;
7. Provide training, guidance and support to IT staff and other stakeholders on compliance and governance matters;
8. Participate in global projects, committees and working groups to provide subject matter expertise.
Qualifications
9. University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
10. Several years of professional experience in IT compliance and governance, regulatory compliance, or similar field;
11. Knowledge of IT-relevant regulations and standards such as ISO, TISAX, GDPR etc. (are preferred);
12. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of technical and non-technical people;
13. Team player with willingness to work in a global team environment;
14. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
15. Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
16. Availability for international travelling (up to 10%).
