The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl you'll solve complex problems, identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services, and manage systems data for clients while providing day‐to‐day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments, work directly with technicians, prioritize tickets to deliver the best solutions, and collaborate with diverse teams to recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities. You'll also get the chance to share your expertise and cultivate relationships with stakeholders. The work can be challenging at times, but you'll gain valuable management and organizational skills that will serve you throughout your career. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management VMware ESX experience Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on‐prem to cloud solution Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code) Vulnerability management Microsoft Active Directory and federation services Who You Are You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
