About Productivity Buyer Trainee
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Productivity Buyer Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing supplier relations, implementing productivity actions, and supporting TVO activities.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and implement productivity ideas, manage the purchasing budget and forecast, and review and monitor weekly purchasing productivity plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier relation management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient collaboration and communication.
* Project management: Coordinate and lead projects to implement productivity actions, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
* Productivity action implementation: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement actions to drive results.
* TVO support: Participate in productivity weekly meetings to update and provide status on TVO activities.
* Purchasing productivity planning: Review and monitor weekly purchasing productivity plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Budget and forecasting: Manage the purchasing budget and forecast, ensuring accurate predictions and optimal resource allocation.
