Events and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Events and Partnerships Manager to lead the planning and delivery of private and corporate events, and develop strategic partnerships that drive growth.

* The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event sales and management, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

* They will be responsible for building our pipeline of private events, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

* Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a commercial strategy and pipeline of private events to drive bookings.

2. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

4. Maintain accurate sales records and commit to achieving revenue targets.

5. Direct the planning and management of commercial events, including supplier selection and budgeting.

6. Develop and oversee a dynamic calendar of regular knowledge-based events with local partners.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and seamless execution.

8. Ensure post-event evaluation and feedback processes are completed to maintain continuous improvement.

9. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses and brands.

10. Represent the organization at external events and networking functions.
