We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA to join an international project, working with a multidisciplinary team in a global environment.Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid (2x per week onsite) Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00What you'll be doing: • Act as Business Analyst within the Front, Operations and Payments domain • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders and banking client teams • Analyze business requests and translate them into functional specifications for development teams • Write use cases, user stories, business requirements and functional documentation • Support developers by clarifying requirements and reproducing functional test cases • Prepare and execute functional and regression testing • Contribute to Test Strategy and Test Plan preparation • Assist in application deployment, change management and post go-live validation • Work closely with project managers, developers, architects and testing teams throughout the project lifecycleTech Environment: • SQL • Jira • ConfluenceWhat we're looking for: • Experience working with Banking IT Systems • Business Analyst experience in banking domains such as Securities, Wealth Management or Forex Orders • Strong experience writing use cases, business processes and functional specifications • Experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, documentation, testing, migration and delivery) • Ability to analyze and improve business processes and user journeys • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teamsIf you're looking to work in a banking environment where business analysis and testing play a key role in delivering impactful solutions, this opportunity could be a great match.Feel free to reach out or apply if you'd like to learn more.
