Core Requirements
* Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2); Professional English (B2).
* Legal Status: Must be an EU Citizen or have a valid work permit for Portugal.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable with multi-tasking across different software platforms and digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus.
* A "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to resolve customer issues.
* Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication styles to different users.
