About the Opportunity
We are seeking Dutch-speaking team members to join a major European e-commerce platform. Whether you're currently residing in Portugal or planning to relocate, we will provide full support throughout your relocation process. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online shopping experience.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner.
* Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and account settings.
* Handle complaints with patience and care, aiming for the best possible outcome.
* Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as necessary.
* Participate in paid training to ensure your success in the role.
The Ideal Candidate
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
* Fluent English (at least B1) for internal communication.
* A willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
* A proactive, independent work style and strong communication skills.
* A friendly, solution-oriented mindset, genuinely enjoying helping others.
