Agile Team Facilitator
This role is an opportunity to shape and enhance the way we work in agile teams.
You will facilitate all agile ceremonies, ensuring that team members have a clear understanding of expectations and goals. Your expertise in removing obstacles hindering team progress will be invaluable in driving project success.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
* Remove impediments hindering team progress.
* Promote self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Work closely with Product Owners and development teams.
* Support the adoption and maturity of agile methodologies throughout the organization.
* Monitor team metrics and performance indicators.
* Maintain a healthy and productive environment for the team.
Requirements
* A degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a project environment.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile).
* Ability to plan and organize project plans for various initiatives.
* API knowledge.
* Proficiency in .Net 8 and Microsoft GitHub Copilot.
