Senior Account Manager Position Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute sales and account plans to meet business objectives.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including MNOs and OTMOs in Portugal.
3. Establish long-term partnerships that drive business growth and profitability.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop mitigation plans to address risks.
5. Ensure end-to-end visibility of customer satisfaction and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Participate in cross-project initiatives to leverage best practices and drive business excellence.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex commercial accounts in technological organizations.
* Experience in commercial delivery of telecommunications contracts and developing income accounts with complex cost structures.
* Ability to identify inefficient processes and implement improvements.
* University master's degree; an MBA is a plus.
* Broad knowledge of telecommunication networks and infrastructure.
