Ability to work under pressure.Law Academic Education as background.Quality consistency in the project excelling client guidance in current project.Experience working in Trust and Safety, Global Operations or prior Legal Operations experience a distinct advantage.Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.High attention to details and follow through.Robust multitasking skills (e.G. able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously).
Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.Excellent English language skills.
