About the Role
You will participate in requirement
analysis, application
design, and development,
ensuring alignment with technical standards, business needs, and IT risk
compliance (particularly related to shadow IT remediation).
This position requires proactivity, analytical thinking, and
adaptability to work on sensitive and cross-functional topics
in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
·
Participate in requirements analysis and
feasibility studies prior to development.
·
Validate workload estimations and ensure project
feasibility.
·
Design application solutions aligned with
information system standards and architecture.
·
Develop and maintain applications using VBA and MS Access,
ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
·
Conduct functional,
technical, and non-regression tests to validate deliverables.
·
Provide technical
support for existing applications, including troubleshooting
and performance optimization.
·
Document applications and participate in knowledge transfer across
teams.
·
Contribute to continuous improvement,
proposing enhancements to existing systems and development practices.
·
Support IT risk remediation initiatives related
to legacy or shadow IT solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education:
·
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
or related field (Bachelor +2/5).
Mandatory Technical Skills

- MS Access (Advanced):
* Strong experience in
database design, form
creation, and maintenance.
- VBA (Advanced):
* Proven ability to build macros and
develop new functionalities using Visual Basic for Applications.
- SQL Query Language (Intermediate–Senior):
* Ability to write
efficient queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Technical & Functional Analysis
(Intermediate–Expert):
* Capable of translating
business needs into technical requirements.
- MS SQL Server (Beginner–Intermediate):
* Understanding of database
principles and integration with Access applications.
- Workshop Facilitation & Communication:
* Experience conducting meetings and user workshops
to gather requirements and feedback.
- Language:
* French: A2–B1 level
(mandatory for documentation and communication with teams).
* English: Working proficiency
(for internal communication and documentation).
