On your plateDefine and implement the brand architecture and positioning across a diverse group of restaurants, hotels (& more to come).
Manage multi-brand portfolios and campaigns across markets
Lead the overall marketing strategy across digital, PR, partnerships, content, events, and activations
Oversee brand development — from identity to storytelling — ensuring alignment with creative and culinary vision
Manage and scale an in-house team (content, social media, and design experts) and coordinate external partners
Drive marketing strategies for new venues and initiatives in Lisbon, London, and future locations
Optimize budgets and marketing performance across projects
Collaborate closely with the Founder, Executive Chefs, Creative Team, and Operations to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand universe
Profile soughtDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5 to 8 years of experience in brand and marketing roles, including at least 3 years in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B sectors
Creative eye, sensitivity to details and Strong exigency for details.
Proven ability to manage multi-brand portfolios and campaigns across markets
Strong strategic and executional skills
Expertise in premium brand positioning, storytelling, and community building
Experience in founder-led or creative environments is a plus
Fluent or native-level English;
Portuguese is a strong advantage
