Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work as a Loan Trading Closer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about banking and financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations, with a strong background in Economics, Finance, and Accounting. Solid experience in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel is also required.
Familiarity with English (written & spoken) is essential for effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the sales & trading desk, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams to settle primary, secondary ,and distressed loan trades for US desks;
2. Create trades in ClearPar and confirm their details;
3. Coordinate with counterparts and administrative agents to review execute all trade documents necessary closing timely manner adhering LSTA /LMA timeframes;
4. MJR traders positions monitor manage high volume loanclosings updating status each trade performing reconciliations Escalate any potential delays settlement ;
5. Prepare Review standarddocuments including Trade Confirms Assignment Agreements ParticipationAgreements Multilateral agreements purchase SalesAgreement Distressedtrades ;
