About the Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our pool of Digital Transformation & E-Government Specialists for a new FWC Contract. The purpose of this contract is to provide consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct organisational and technical assessments of public service delivery models.
* Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and integration into national digital portals (e.g. Single Digital Gateway).
* Support development of digital strategies that align with EU digital targets and national transformation plans.
* Assist with the preparation of proof-of-concept initiatives for digital tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in ICT, information systems, digital policy, or related field.
* At least 7 years of experience with e-government, digital transformation, or GovTech projects.
* Strong understanding of EU digital services legislation and interoperability frameworks.
* Familiarity with cloud-based services, public sector portals, and API ecosystems.
