We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Expert to lead our Operational Procurement Team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, team leading, and strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
The selected individual will oversee transactional procurement activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless purchasing experience, and guarantee compliance with internal policies and global processes. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the Operational Procurement team, collaborating with sourcing, finance, and content management teams, monitoring KPIs related to operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement
* Previous experience in Team Leading
* Strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement Processes
* Familiarity with e-procurement solutions and SAP Ariba (mandatory)
* Strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
* French (Plus)
