We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team.
* Provide exceptional service and support to customers via live chat, phone, email, or webforms.
* Communicate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to manage consumer requests and provide product advice.
* Offer solutions and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries, orders, and information requests.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German language (C1 level) and English language (B2 level).
* At least 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy in Germany as PTA or PCA.
* Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
* Solid IT skills, including reporting tools for customer interactions.
Benefits Package:
* Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
* Full-time schedule (40h/week), Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day, plus one hour for lunch/dinner.
* Rotational schedule (8:00-20:00).
