We are looking for a Software Engineer (Cloud / Serverless) to join an international project in the banking sector, focused on modern Cloud Contact Center platforms and large-scale customer interaction systems.
Main responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Python in cloud environments.
* Build and evolve serverless architectures using AWS services, including Lambda.
* Develop integrations between Contact Center platforms and internal or third-party systems via APIs.
* Contribute to event-driven and real-time processing solutions.
* Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
Required profile:
* Professional experience as a Software Engineer / Backend Developer.
* Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments.
* Experience developing API-based system integrations.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP considered).
* Familiarity with serverless concepts (e.g. AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
* Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time systems.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
* English proficiency is mandatory
Nice to have:
* Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS/SQS.
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, SAM, Terraform).
* Previous experience with Contact Center, IVR, VoIP, or telecom platforms.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience working in banking or other regulated environments.
* AWS certifications.
