eneida DeepGrid is a rich vertical platform, from sensors to software, made by a great multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Embedded Systems Engineers, passionate about creating smarter, more sustainable cities.

About the Challenge
As an Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist, you will support the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of Eneida's Integrated Management System, covering Quality, Environment, Sustainability, Information Security and Occupational Health & Safety.
You will work closely with the IMS Manager, production and engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that processes, controls and action plans are effectively implemented and sustained.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international standards, supporting sustainability projects and product quality initiatives, and coordinating internal and external audits.
What you'll do:
* Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Eneida's Integrated Management System, ensuring proper document control, updated procedures and records, and consistent application of IMS processes across teams in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
* Coordinate and support internal and external audits (certification, customer and internal), including audit preparation, follow‑up of findings and non‑conformities, and monitoring of corrective and preventive action plans in close collaboration with the IMS Manager and involved teams.
* Support the execution and monitoring of sustainability and ESG‑related initiatives, including environmental performance tracking, KPI monitoring, data collection and follow‑up of improvement actions, contributing to sustainability reporting and continuous improvement activities.
* Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to support product quality assurance activities, monitor quality deviations and improvement actions, and contribute to root cause analysis and followup of action plans to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
* Support the implementation and follow‑up of Occupational Health & Safety action plans, including risk assessments, preventive measures and monitoring of safety controls, contributing to compliance with legal, regulatory and internal OHS requirements.
* Collect, analyze and consolidate IMS‑related data and KPIs, preparing structured reports and inputs for management reviews and supporting data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives led by the IMS Manager.
What we're Looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience working with integrated management systems or ISO‑based systems.
* Practical experience with at least two of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001.
* Experience supporting audits and managing corrective and preventive actions.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow up on actions.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both in Portuguese and English.
