Content Moderation position, where the Agent will moderate videos from a social media network. After analysing the content, following the guidelines the person will tag the video with the decision. Key Responsibilities:
Customer support to German, Italian and French speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services.
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.

Requirements
To be able to work under pressure and to have good stress management; To decide quickly and to be agile; To be confident and independent; To feel comfortable with repetitive tasks.
French C2 level
English B2/C1 - the agent needs to be able to write reports to the client in English and understand the communication shared within the team.
