What You'll DoProvide strong leadership, guiding cross‐functional and multicultural teams with confidence and clarity.
Contribute to a vision‐driven environment, demonstrating ambition and a desire to drive meaningful, positive change.
Lead end‐to‐end project delivery, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Manage international projects, ensuring alignment across regions and stakeholders.
Make informed and timely decisions, enabling smooth project progress and issue resolution.
Ensure 360° communication, maintaining clear, consistent, and assertive communication with clients, teams, and senior management.
Deliver according to various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Mentor and support large project teams, fostering professional growth and promoting a culture of excellence.
Maintain a proactive, energetic approach, always moving towards solutions.
Support Business Development (Biz Dev) activities when needed, including upselling opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For7+ years managing complex projects (5 minimum)
Experience in Railway, Aerospace, or Defence
Strong leadership and decision‐making capabilities, with a genuine commitment to the growth of the people you lead
Excellent communication: clear, structured, and assertive
Strong critical thinking and problem‐solving mindset
Experience working with multiple project methodologies
Demonstrated experience managing international projects
Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Fluent English (C1/C2)
Nice To HaveActively uses AI tools in day‐to‐day work: from decision‐making to project management
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Background in software development
Worldwide work experience
French and/or German
