?? The Role
As a Content Moderator, you will be the guardian of product and service standards. You will use your local market expertise to make rational decisions, ensuring that all content uploaded to the platform meets strict quality and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce product and service standards.
Monitor and review content within agreed latency Service Levels (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
Ensure policy/legal compliance and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Remain flexible to policy changes and shifting schedules while adhering to standard operating protocols.
Identify and escalate critical issues in accordance with company procedures.
?? Requirements
Fluency in
Polish, Czech, Greek, OR Hungarian
(Native or C2 level)
AND
strong English skills (C1 level).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make rational decisions based on local market nuances.
A solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Capable of handling high-volume peaks during promotion seasons.
Exceptional customer service skills, empathy, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Base Salary:
€****** gross (paid 14 months).
Meal Allowance:
€7.63 per day.
Complexity Bonus:
€***** gross (paid 11 months).
Environment:

Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (Rotating shifts).
2 rotating days off per week.
Shifts:
07:*******:00 | 14:*******:00 | 22:*******:30.
