Business Development Manager International Agribusiness International group in plant genetics, royalties and agricultural supply chain is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead expansion across Europe, Egypt and North Africa. Strategic role covering market development, royalty management, creation of agricultural operations and partnerships with major agro‐industrial players. Position based in Portugal with frequent international travel.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand international markets, with a focus on Europe, Egypt and emerging markets in North Africa.Open new commercial channels and acquire major industrial clients (fresh produce, agro‐processing, frozen food, etc.).Structure commercial agreements, production partnerships, grower contracts and licensing/royalty agreements.Build and manage complete agricultural operations: farmer selection, hectare planning, production monitoring and final delivery.Work on topics related to Plant Breeders' Rights, intellectual property, variety protection and mitigation of illegal production.Contribute to new business initiatives, such as natural colorant projects derived from sweet potatoes, integrating the entire value chain.Work directly with the Board and internal strategic and financial areas.OfferStrategic role with direct impact on international growth.Involvement in building new markets and new business models.Final Note If you are driven by purpose, thrive in international environments, and want to shape the future of agricultural innovation, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact.
