As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients, promote our services, and work to convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound contact with potential customers in the Dutch-speaking market to generate leads and drive sales
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively
- Close sales through compelling communication and persuasive sales techniques
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance client engagement
- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively educate clients about our services
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new culture and environment
