Process Optimization Specialist
The role combines analytical thinking with practical logistics knowledge to drive efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze current logistics processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and implement process improvements across logistics operations using Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies.
* Lead cross-functional improvement projects from conception to implementation.
* Create and maintain KPIs to measure logistics performance and improvement impacts.
* Collaborate with warehouse, transportation and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
* Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions.
* Train staff on process improvement principles and techniques.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
* Experience in logistics Control Tower and Operations.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other process improvement methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
* Proficiency with logistics systems and data analysis tools.
* Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills.
* Very good written and spoken English, other European language is an advantage.
