Job Description

As Key Account Manager for Sandoz Portugal, your main responsibilities will include:

* Analyze and understand the market to comprehend the context of key accounts;
* Manage relationships with main stakeholders to ensure control of critical hospital proposal phases;
* Incorporate business intelligence and strategy regarding purchasing departments, hospital pharmacies, committee members, and hospital consumption;
* Identify main influencers and develop action plans;
* Monitor key account performance to ensure business plan objectives are met and implement mitigation or growth plans as needed;
* Coordinate with other functions (commercial, financial, supply, medical) to support growth opportunities;
* Contribute to the development of public procurement offers to promote growth and sustainability;
* Act as a liaison between clients and company departments;
* Maintain long-term relationships with established clients.


What You Need To Bring To The Role

* University degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or Life Sciences;
* Over 3 years of experience in a commercial or health sector role, specifically as a Key Account Manager for medicines in hospitals;
* Experience in managing strategic client relationships;
* Excellent consultative selling and strategic account management skills;
* Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with C-level stakeholders;
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights;
* Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is highly valued.
