What You'll Be Doing
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries, technical questions, and service issues with a friendly and efficient approach
- Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate, personalized support
- Log customer interactions and feedback clearly in our system
Product Knowledge & Guidance
- Learn the ins and outs of our digital solutions
- Help customers get the most from our platform
- Stay updated on product changes, features, and company policies
- Work closely with your team to improve service delivery
- Meet KPIs related to resolution time, satisfaction, and quality
- Participate in continuous learning and career development programs

What We're Looking For
Fluent in French (C1/C2 – written & spoken)
Basic English (B1/B2) for internal communication
Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
Previous customer service experience is a plus – but not a must
Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
