As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the online environment remains safe and secure by reviewing uploaded content. This involves staying up-to-date with policy and guideline standards for social media platforms and maintaining expertise in these areas.
The role requires providing services on a 24/7 shift rotation to maintain continuous coverage, which demands resilience to sensitive content and emotional maturity. A strong motivation to perform tasks effectively and enthusiasm for intercultural communication are also essential skills.
