About The Job
The main task will be actively supporting the CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at CIB level on all non-financial risks
2. Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purposes
3. Alert management to key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations
4. Analyze Internal Procedures to support the production of executive summaries for CIB Top Management and the CIB community
5. Act as a representative of CIB CCCO Central towards the CIB first Level Of Defense community, ensuring coordination between teams, data providers, and IT, and providing timely responses to their requests
6. Analyze and reconcile data, perform controls, investigate root causes of issues, and escalate inconsistencies
7. Assist in delivering projects, including process automation and simplification
8. Contribute to the preparation of Steering, Executive, and Operational Committees
Profile and Skills to Success
1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Management, or similar fields
2. Advanced fluency in English, both oral and written
3. Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Attention to detail and creative thinking
