About the Role
The Export Logistics Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience for Europe export clients.
* Coordinate order bookings with carriers and shippers.
* Proactively address issues and exceptions to maintain smooth operations.
* Manage carrier allocations, consolidate shipments, and submit data into systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Liaise with shipment origin and destination stakeholders
- Provide pre-alert information to stakeholders
- Address internal and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or professional education in logistics or related field
- 2–5 years experience in freight forwarding or international shipping
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and explain workflows clearly
- Proficiency with Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong command of English
