Telecommunications Business Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Telecommunications Business Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and defining functional specifications for complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze customer requirements and define functional specifications for telecommunications systems
* Develop detailed knowledge of markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations in the telecommunications industry
* Solve real-world business problems considering technical, financial, and operational constraints
* Take ownership of business analysis initiatives and ensure timely delivery of work packages
* Configure solution workflows and catalogues that implement designed solutions
* Contribute to improving our methodologies to help us work faster and better
* Manage client expectations through workshop and feedback sessions
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst with expertise in telecommunications billing or product catalog or pricing domain
* Strong communication and BA skills including requirement documentation and business process mapping
* Hands-on experience with configuration-driven systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.
* English proficiency in a business environment
