Job Summary:
The HR IT Solution Manager EMEA will oversee and manage relationships between our HR department and internal HR-IT teams as well as stakeholders. The main focus will be on countries in the EMEA region, leveraging end-to-end HR employee processes in cooperation with external providers, focusing on personnel administration, time management, and payroll calculation. This role ensures HR-related IT services are delivered efficiently and meet organizational needs, with particular focus on France, Romania, Hungary, UK, and Slovenia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Ownership and Management: Manage as Service Owner, develop relationships with business and IT partners, ensure data flows between SAP Cloud, SAP on-premise, and third-party products, and foster cross-country collaboration and best-practice sharing.
2. Project Management: Lead projects related to new requirements and business optimization for respective countries.
3. Service Delivery: Create and execute demand processes for services, consult on IT and HR processes in scope (personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, time management), considering cloud and on-premise platforms, and ensure country-specific Service Level Agreements.
4. Process Optimization and Governance: Align with Global HR IT and Sector IT on standards and templates for HR and IT processes, as well as Data Protection and Cybersecurity rules. Perform recurring audits on existing processes and tools.
Qualifications:
1. Academic degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in IT, HR systems, or related fields. HR Business Process experience is appreciated. Knowledge of IT Service Management and Project Management is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Technical understanding and basic configuration skills.
5. Solid knowledge of HR systems and software, especially organizational and personnel administration management.
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Proficient in English (French is a plus).
8. Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international business trips.
