We are looking for a Test Lead, with 5 to 7 years of experience for an exciting and challenging position! This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Has significant experience with SIT & UAT test delivery, in a waterfall environment in insurance projects;
* Has experience overseeing teams of 3-6 people;
* Experience in the planning and delivery of test initiatives for complex programmes;
* Experienced in implementing processes to deliver high quality test artefacts to support test delivery (Test Prep, Execution, Reporting & Closure);
* Must be comfortable with complex projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, with gaps in documentation available (user stories missing detail and acceptance criteria, etc), with high number of Change Requests submitted throughout delivery and test phase;
* Must be comfortable with the need to replan often and to review the approach to accommodate for delays in delivery of some requirements, etc;
* Solid experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel and Power BI. Must be able to setup dashboards in JIRA, analysis over JIRA and Zephyr (leveraging complex Excel spreadsheets) and able to create and manage PowerBI reports;
* Ability to deal with customer stakeholders at all levels;
* Candidate must have the ISTQB Foundation level certification;
* Fluent in Portuguese & English (spoken and written);
* Availability to travel within Europe, if necessary.
Desired Experience:
* Experience with Agile Methodology;
* ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification would be advantageous;
* Nice to have: experience in SAPIENS Software;
* Nice to have: Able to speak other languages (French, German or Spanish).
