What you'll do:
As a Senior Solution Advisor (SA), you will be the primary resource for solution or product inquiries within the sales team.
You will leverage your expertise to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale support.
You will also help customers expand their SAP footprint to maximize organizational value.
Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers
Deliver standard and customized solution demonstrations to showcase SAP's value
Support the Account Team with solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities
Evaluate account qualification criteria to prioritize opportunities
Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and refine account strategies
Collaborate on creating themes and differentiation strategies
Conduct dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements
Transition engagements effectively to implementation and services teams
Engage with customers to promote SAP solutions and encourage renewals
Utilize digital assets in customer engagements, including demos and presentations
What you bring:
Experience in large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution-specific segment
Experience with SAP products and/or 3-5 years in relevant solutions or Lines of Business
Knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS, and PaaS models in B2B environments
Recognition as a solutions/industry expert with a successful track record
Ability to craft compelling storylines for customer interactions
Quick understanding of customer goals and aligning solutions accordingly
