What's the Role?
We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits and HRIS to join our Lisbon-based HR team.
You'll be the go-to expert for all things C&B and will lead the evolution of our global HRIS (HiBob).
From designing reward strategies to streamlining HR tech and data, your role will be central to driving our people-first culture and supporting our global teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the annual bonus cycle — from planning to execution — ensuring fairness, transparency, and impact.Manage job evaluation and grading, keeping our roles aligned and competitively positioned.Own our HRIS (HiBob) — optimize, maintain, and unlock its full potential for data-driven decisions.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align C&B with company strategy and culture.Craft and deliver compelling C&B communications to ensure global understanding and engagement.Benchmark compensation and benefits to keep us ahead of market trends.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across countries.Continuously improve C&B practices with data insights and best practices.RequirementsWhat You Bring:
A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS, ideally in a multinational setting.Strong knowledge of salary structures, job grading, and bonus programs.Proficiency in HiBob (or similar HRIS).Sharp analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Fluent in English (French is a bonus!
