About The Job
* The Client Delivery Account Manager’s main mission is to support clients' business within the Over-the-Counter (OTC) independent valuation department, providing services such as Trade Management, Collateral Management, Fund Administration, Trade Repository, and Portfolio Reconciliation.
* Integrated into the Collateral Access business line, this service ensures the valuation of all OTC derivatives, from vanilla to complex instruments.
Your Main Activities Are
* Perform exception-based validation of price movements at asset-relevant tolerance levels.
* Understand processes such as trade capture, scrubbing, analysis, and diffusion of prices, including client-specific procedures.
* Participate in onboarding new clients.
* Lead and follow up on projects to improve efficiency and controls, collaborating with Client Line, Business Analysts, and IT.
* Analyze daily variations and discrepancies using Bloomberg and pricing tools.
* Coordinate with pricing vendors and brokers to resolve issues and reduce risks.
* Prepare for and participate in client meetings, service reviews, and due diligence activities.
* Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, providers, and business analysts.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
* Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
* Strong team spirit and networking abilities.
* Attention to detail with a results-driven, customer-oriented mindset.
