Key Responsibilities
Design scalable leave management solutions, drive successful rollouts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with payroll, Time Sheet, and third-party systems. Utilize expertise in configuring absence management policies, time types, accrual rules, and workflows to meet business requirements.

* Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for Time Off
* Business Rule Creation (MDF-Based)
* EC Time Off Reporting & Audit Compliance
* Data Migration (Import Templates, MDF Objects)
* End-User Training & Documentation
* Post-Go-Live Support & Enhancements
