As a Quality Manager, you are a dynamic and multifaceted person, with a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking and communication capabilities. You will be working with directly with a quality and production teams, and indirectly with logistics and commercial teams.
Daily activities:
- Enforce quality standards
- Review and analyze data to improve the quality department
- Identify patterns and trends, spot anomalies, and find solutions
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into quality performance
- Guarantee quality across all the company departments
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner, explaining findings and insights in a way that is easy to understand, even for those who are not experts

Your expertise:
You must be an ambitious quality manager professional, with a degree in Quality or a related field, experienced in a similar role and knowledge of at least some of the following:
- Strong EXCEL knowledge
- English as a natural language
- Previous experience
- Knowledge of HACCP and IFS norms

- Keen eye for detail to ensure that data is clean, accurate, and reliable
- Communication skills
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
