We are looking for an experiencedWorkday Adaptive Planning Consultantto support system administration, reporting, and integration activities within a finance and data environment. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working withsystem configuration, reporting, and data integrations, while supporting both finance and data teams in the effective use of the platform.Location:Lisbon (minimum3 days onsite, 1–2 days remote)Role Overview: As aWorkday Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the client's Adaptive Planning environment. You will work closely with finance and data teams to ensure the platform is correctly configured, reporting needs are met, and integrations with other data platforms are functioning effectively. This position requires someone who can quickly understand an existing Adaptive implementation, perform configuration changes, and support reporting and integration needs.Key Responsibilities: Support theintegration between Workday Adaptive Planning and Qlik / BigQuery, ensuring budget and planning data can be extracted and structured effectively. Understand the currentAdaptive Planning implementationand perform configuration updates where required. Modify or createDimensions and Attributeswithin Adaptive Planning to support evolving business needs. Build and enhancereports and data extractsbased on finance and business requirements. Translate finance and operational needs into clear and structuredreporting outputs. Support thereview and implementation of an updated cost centre structurewithin Adaptive. Providesystem administration and configuration supportto ensure the platform runs efficiently.Required Profile: 2–7+ years of experience with Workday, with strong exposure toWorkday Adaptive Planning. Experience working in asystem administration or configuration-focused rolewithin Adaptive Planning. Strong experience inreporting and data extractionwithin Adaptive Planning. Understanding ofdata integrations and data structuresrelated to financial planning systems. Ability to quickly understand an existing environment and work autonomously. Strong communication skills and ability to work withfinance and technical stakeholders .Nice to Have: Experience integratingWorkday Adaptive Planning with Qlik and/or BigQuery. Experience supportingfinance planning, budgeting, or cost centre structures. Previous experience working indata-driven or analytics environments .
