We also welcome professionals with significant experience in the areas of Category Management, Product Marketing Management, Pricing Management, Strategy Management and other functions responsible for top line growth at a business unit level. What you need to be successful in this role?

1. Hands-on experience in E-commerce/Classifieds businesses is preferred
2. Experience in Price Management, including building Business Cases, Long Term Strategy and Budgeting
3. Combination of strategic and operational thinking;
4. Strong Business Approach;
5. Being aware of market disposition and seeking close cooperation with sales, marketing, and growth teams to implement growth changes;
6. Leveraging market analysis and a deep curiosity about e-commerce to drive business growth and enhance user experience;
7. Market equation for user segments: analyzing the potential of the market, information and trends, experience with TAM SAM SOM analysis
8. Knowledge of working with different user personas and profiles; building tailored offers instead one offer fits all
9. Preferred experience with analyzing profit and loss during product / service life cycle; understanding in life management of users including activation, onboarding, cross-sell, up-sell, onboarding, retention and churn management strategies
10. Analytical mindset, continuously searching for insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
11. Ability to influence, manage stakeholders & showcase great project management skills.
12. Critical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, resourcefulness.
13. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
14. A collaborative, creative, and innovative spirit. You embody the growth mindset.
15. Fluency in English

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

16. Deep dive into/ expansion of buy-side in Goods categories in Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria: purchasing behaviors, traffic, searches, and buyer profiles related to B2C and C2C transactions to drive category buyer growth;
17. Deep dive into / expansion of category tree, assortment, brand/model matrix, sellers profiling, seller pipelining in Goods categories in Romania, Portugal and Bulgaria B2C/C2C to drive category seller growth;
18. Identification and execution of pricing and tariff initiatives to grow revenue in Goods categories in Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria
19. Identification of market opportunities in the C2C/B2C segment in Goods categories in the owned markets
20. Develop and influence the execution of Go-to-Market of category-specific pricing changes or category taxonomy changes
21. Collaborating closely with internal teams to drive and implement strategic growth initiatives;
22. Initiation and implementation of promo activities with marketing teams;
23. Discovering product-related enablers to grow Goods categories in Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria;
24. Build monetization agenda and campaigns together with Business Intelligence
25. P&L budgeting ownership, of Goods category
