YOUR ROLE:
* Oversee the activities, ensure processes are followed, and manage tickets in a timely and quality manner;
* Manage L3 tickets or projects directly;
* Analyze releases and product features to propose enhancements and added value.
YOUR PROFILE
* At least 1 year of experience on a learning management system with Cornerstone or similar;
* English is mandatory;
* French is a plus;
