Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate, leisure, group, and MICE sales, meeting commercial targets, strengthening client relationships, and identifying business opportunities through performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:Report directly to the Director of Sales – Hospitality;Develop and implement commercial strategies across all market segments;Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities;Responsible for contracting with Tour Operators and business partners;Ensure follow-up on contracts and maintain strong relationships with partners;Ensure uniform pricing policies and monitor rate parity;Collaborate with the MICE Manager and Groups Coordinator to ensure proper coordination of events and group bookings;Prepare commercial proposals in line with the pricing strategy and defined policies;Support the planning and execution of promotional and representation activities (sales visits, roadshows, fam trips, etc.);Monitor the market, trends, and competitors, and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.Key Qualifications:Higher education in Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field;Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role;Strong command of sales techniques, negotiation, and account management;Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and stress management;Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus;Availability for occasional travel;Experience with systems such as Opera, CVent, and other relevant platforms (preferred).Location:Tróia
