Job Overview
This position involves coordinating with IT OPS teams and subsidiaries to manage production incidents throughout their entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with corporate entities to update them on incident status, supporting data-related issue resolution, and creating reports on significant events and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily production checks to identify delays or mistakes in processes and guarantee prompt action from the appropriate departments.
* Coordinating with IT OPS teams and subsidiaries to manage production incidents throughout their entire lifecycle.
* Maintaining regular contact with corporate entities to update them on incident status.
* Supporting data-related issue resolution.
* Creating reports on significant events and incidents, suggesting enhancements for monitoring dashboards.
* Responding to infrastructure requests (networks, databases, storage, etc.).
* Coordinating deliveries, including CI/CD toolchains for pre-production and production settings, with IT OPS.
* Monitoring infrastructure expenses while collaborating with the FINOPS group.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong experience with Dremio (at least one year required).
* Technical expertise: Shell programming in SQL on Dremio Unix.
* Tools for monitoring: Grafana (ELK), Kibana, Dynatrace.
* Tools for ITIL and incident management: ServiceNow, Jira CI/CD: Jenkins, DBT, GitLab.
* Tools for orchestration: Airflow, Reflections, Autosys.
* Lifecycle of Software Development (SDLC).
* Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).
* Based in Portugal (citizenship or Work Visa – mandatory).
