Join us and become part of a global HR Operations transformation in a truly multicultural company operating across 24+ countries. What You’ll Be Doing: Ensure the functionality and quality of the Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding modules within SuccessFactors. Act as a second-level point of contact for SuccessFactors-related queries, supporting HR teams worldwide. Deliver support via ticketing systems, email, phone, and chat. Assist with large-scale data changes and global HR reporting requests. Recommend and configure new SuccessFactors features, support system updates, and contribute to user testing. Document processes and workflows, and create training materials for HR Admins and employees. What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years’ experience as a system administrator in Recruitment (ideally also in Onboarding 2.0). Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and client service abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable working with international teams in a virtual setting. Fluency in Business English is essential. Requirements: Based in Portugal Bachelor’s degree. Experience with other modules such as Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, or CPI is a plus. License 354 Interested?
