Service Management & Delivery:Lead and manage SAP AMS support for multiple clientsDefine and track SLAs and KPIs to ensure delivery standardsEnsure 24/7 support coverage and timely incident resolutionOversee ticket triage, change control, and resource allocationDrive continuous improvement in service operations2. Stakeholder & Client Engagement:Serve as primary escalation point for clientsConduct regular service review meetings and reportingMaintain strong relationships with client stakeholdersAlign support services with business and operational goals3. Incident, Problem & Change Management:Oversee incident and problem management processesFacilitate root cause analysis and preventive actionsEnsure proper change management governanceCoordinate resolution of complex issues with SAP consultants4. Team Leadership & Resource Management:Lead, coach, and develop a team of SAP consultantsAssign roles based on project timelines and prioritiesConduct training and upskilling programsEnsure optimal resource utilization and planning5. Compliance, Reporting & Governance:Enforce ITIL-aligned AMS processesGenerate weekly burn reports, KPI reviews, and QBRsMaintain audit readiness and compliance with policies6.
