We are currently looking for a

Accounting Administrative Assistant
to join the team of a leading multinational company in Maia.
Porto | Maia Monday to Friday, hybrid regime
Your mission:
This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for contributing to accurate financial management and informed decision-making. In this position, youll be responsible for: - Reviewing and classifying accounting documents; - Entering documents into the accounting system, such as invoices, credit notes and debit notes; - Monthly analysis and verification of received documents; - Analyzing and reconciling accounts statements; - Performing accounting archiving; - Ensuring compliance with the procedures of the integrated management system under their responsibility;
What you need to embark on this mission:

Fluency in Portuguese, English and

rench
(mandatory)
; - Experience in Accounting Administrative type of positions (mandatory); - Experience using Excel and ERP Systems; - Computer skills and fast adaptability; - Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit; - Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
